Abstract:
The compressive sensing philosophy exploits the fact that many signals of interest have a sparse representation in some basis to provide an efficient approach to data acquisition and recovery. In this lecture, we will study the fundamental theorems of this area and discuss its applications in the single pixel camera, face detection and sudoku solvers.
